Store-shelf sprays buy you a few quiet days; Nex Pest Control's Ant Control technicians treat the source so the problem doesn't just come back after the can runs out.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Jackson Parish, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Jackson Parish repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
We also track what's happening across Jackson Parish season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Most Jackson Parish service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
Six service lines, one Jackson Parish crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Jackson Parish emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Jackson Parish cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Jackson Parish homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Plans can be adjusted mid-season if a Jackson Parish property starts attracting something new — the schedule isn't locked once it's set.
Jackson Parish restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Jackson Parish accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
Monthly barrier treatment through Jackson Parish's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
Every Jackson Parish quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Jackson Parish customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our Jackson Parish technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Every Jackson Parish technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Years of Jackson Parish-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Jackson Parish.
Jackson Parish clients don't have to argue for a re-treat. If our records show the pest is still present after the guarantee period, the next visit is already covered.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. Ask any technician on our Jackson Parish crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
